User Experience and Product Design
 

  • Navigate ambiguity, and drive clarity that brings the user, technology, and business together through design thinking and user-centered design for evolving problem spaces and drive innovation at scale.

  • Oversee the creation, implementation and governance of the design system, ensuring alignment, accessibility, and consistency across brands.

  • Drive the user research practice to foster understanding and empathy for user needs by guiding the definition, planning, execution, and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative research.

  • Advocate for design’s impact on business success through data-driven storytelling that highlights user needs and experiences.

  • Champion accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring compliance with WCAG standards. 

  • Lead complex B2B and B2C design initiatives from concept to launch, setting and achieving key success metrics.

  • Harness Generative AI to create intuitive user experiences by personalizing content, interactions, and recommendations to match individual needs and preferences.

  • Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of our products, establishing a long-term vision while ensuring near-term product features ladder up to a holistic user experience that delivers on the user needs and business goals.

  • Embody a growth mindset and a deep curiosity for the business, emerging technologies and human behavior to identify product opportunities.

  • Effectively communicate the team's goals (both within the team and outside the team), and connect related projects across the company.


Cross-Functional Collaboration
 

  • Lead collaborative workshops to drive alignment and innovation, teaching a range of methods for co-creation. 

  • Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders and partners in service of discovering and delivering great products for our users and the best outcomes for the company.

  • Collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, Consumer Insights, Digital Marketing and Brand partners to define strategy, plan OKRs, align on priorities and execute on product roadmaps.

  • Partner with executives and stakeholders to integrate design processes into business strategies, to streamline workflow and accelerate time-to-market.
